Right at the end (47 seconds) McCain does say that Osama was at some point captured or killed during the insurgency. He seems to be saying that sometime during the next 5 years (between now and 2013) Osama will be captured or killed. McCain did not say WILL LEAD TO being captured or killed. He said LED to his capture or death.

There are some blogs out there that have known Osama has already been dead for a number of years. Benazir Bhutto mentioned it in an interview shortly before she died. She mention that he died in 2003. The video is online somewhere.
